During the period starting with the day of retail purchase and continuing for one (1) year, Teeter extends to the owner a repair and replacement warranty against manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, fabrics and padding. Teeter will repair or replace any such defect and will pay the costs of all parts, labor and transportation. If a repair or replacement is not commercially practical or cannot timely be made, then Teeter will, at the original Purchaser’s option, replace with a comparable product or refund the purchase price.

I fear this may be an ongoing issue because the material seems a bit flimsy at that location. I’ve already contacted the company via a separate email.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great relaxing upgrade for FitSpine It takes a little patience in adjusting the two pads to fit your back and hips, but once in place you feel an immediate stretch and release in both areas. The pads have the right firmness without being uncomfortable, and because the best results come at the 20-25 degree angle (use the tether) I do the posture stretch following an Inversion period. I felt immediate results in my posture after only a few sessions and found the 3-4 minute stretch a relaxing finish on my Teeter. Highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Salvation from pain Before purchasing my Teeter I was in horrible pain for 4 months and on too many pills to list. I have a much older inversion table that was too difficult to even use during this time. I couldn't sleep more than 3 hours a night and it had to be on my stomach. I tried the Teeter at a Relax the Back store and fell in love with the ease of use and overall engineering involved. I knew inversion therapy worked for me but it was always a 2 person operation and rather uncomfortable on my old table. Within 2 days of using the LX9 I noticed a significant difference in my back pain, I was able to walk and stand completely upright again with little to no pain. I went on a 2 week vacation shortly after getting my Teeter and had a very noticeable regression. I was literally counting the days until I could get back on my table and it had almost instant results again. I use it a few times a day and couldn't be happier with it. Thank You Teeter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Addition to the Inversion Table I purchased the Posture Restore at the time I purchased the LX9. With sitting at a computer desk most of the day, my posture is not the best and needs some correction. The Posture Restore arrived several days after the LX9 delivered and I attached it the day that it arrived. I have used this for about a week and a half now and have started to see improvements in my posture. I look forward to seeing how much my posture will improve as I continue to use this on my LX9.

The lower pad adds comfort and allows for some hip rotation while the upper pad promotes scapular retraction and relaxation of the pectoral muscles.

Premium Warranty Details

The Premium Extended Full Warranty extends to the purchaser an additional 5 years of full product warranty coverage beyond Teeter's standard full 5-year warranty. For specific terms of the full product warranty, see Teeter's Warranty certificate.
The Premium Extended Full Warranty may be purchased at any time within the standard warranty period but coverage under the extended warranty will terminate 10 years from the original invoice date for the initial equipment purchase. After 10 years from the original invoice date, all product warranties are considered null and void.

Cancellation: The Premium Extended Full Warranty may be cancelled within 60 days of its purchase and the customer will be entitled for a full refund. After the cancellation period has expired, the customer may request a refund in writing to the address below along with a copy of the proof of purchase, and an administrative cancellation fee of $3 will be deducted from the refund. Once the standard warranty period has expired, the Premium Extended Full Warranty cannot be cancelled.

Transfer: The customer may transfer this Premium Extended Full Warranty only upon sale of the unit to another user by sending written notice of the transfer and a copy of the proof of purchase to Teeter.

Notice of cancellation or transfer must be accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase of the Premium Extended Full Warranty and submitted in writing to: Teeter - 9713 233rd Ave E, Suite A, Bonney Lake, WA 98391. or by email to: [email protected]

Any and all disputes arising under or related to this limited Premium Extended Full Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this warranty, its interpretation, or any alleged breach thereof, which cannot be amicably settled between Teeter and the owner within sixty (60) days of written notice by the aggrieved party to the other, shall be finally settled by arbitration submitted to three (3) arbitrators selected from the panels of the arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association located closest to Teeter's principal place of business.
