We want everyone to be 100% satisfied Teeter fans! We hope this shows in our responsive customer service, as well as the quality and functionality of our products. However, if it’s not meeting your needs, simply request a Return Authorization from Teeter Customer Service within 90 days and initiate your return:

Return Instructions
1. Contact Teeter Customer Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Package the product in the original box and follow the repackaging instructions to protect the product from damage. A replacement box may be purchased upon request. Repacking guides can be found here.
3. Affix the return label provided and clearly write the RMA number on the side of the box in large font.
4. Ship the product using your preferred method. We recommend that you acquire shipment tracking and insurance for the entire value of your product. For your convenience, Teeter offers a prepaid FedEx return shipping label for purchase upon request.
5. Refunds are issued after a product is received and inspected; processing can take up to ten (10) days. Refunds, including gift returns, are made in the same form as the original payment. Please allow up to eight (8) weeks for your bank or credit card company to post this refund on your statement.

Items that are returned damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use (reasons not due to a Teeter error). Up to 50% of the item’s price
(Financing will be fully refunded and separately charged a restocking fee equal to 50% of the purchase price.)
  • Teeter offers a 90-day return guarantee (from the date item is received) to return the product for a full refund (less return shipping and interest unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase).
  • If financing, you may need to initiate your return within 30 days to avoid your first payment. Payments will continue until the product is received and processed at our warehouse.
  • Returns beyond the return window up to 120 days after receipt may be eligible for a partial credit of the purchase price.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Teeter unless the product is defective, in which case Teeter must be given the opportunity to offer warranty service or replace the product, or unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid; we will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • Teeter reserves the right to refuse any return request or refund at any time based on policy or program abuse.
  • Returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Teeter. Merchandise returned without a valid RMA number or not according to terms may not qualify for a refund. The customer will be responsible for any remaining payment due.
  • Product must be returned in original carton undamaged with all parts and instructional manuals included.
  • The refund amount is dependent on the condition of the item, how long you’ve had the item, and how the item was purchased.
  • Refunds are for product only and do not include any processing, interest, shipping or handling fees (unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase). Freight on refused deliveries will be deducted from the credit.
  • If merchandise delivery is refused without inspection, the customer will incur original shipping and return shipping fees and may be subject to a restocking fee. The refund will be for the purchase price, less all shipping charges.
  • Teeter does not assume responsibility for merchandise damaged or lost during transit.
  • All shipments leave the Teeter warehouse in good condition. Any damage to the product, shortages or items lost in transit MUST be reported to Teeter within fourteen (14) business days of the ship date listed in the shipment tracking confirmation email.
