i am not sure of where to place the support. I started at the bottom slots and the top I put it the slot where the tabs would stay in. but the arch still seems too high.

Hello, thank you for your question! Since the lumbar bridge placement can vary depending on users, we do not have an exact position you would try. I would recommend having someone watch while you invert without the lumbar bridge in place to determine where the highest point of your back arch is. Then place it in those slots to maximize the use and function of the lumbar bridge. Will the ComforTrak Lumbar Bridge work with the EP-970? What is the difference between this and the Teeter Better Back Decompression Arch?

Hi Eric, Yes the ComforTrak Lumbar Bridge is compatible with the EP-970 and other EP-Series Inversion Tables. While the ComforTrak Lumbar Bridge attaches to the Inversion Tables through the slots, the Better Back Decompression Arch (no longer in production) does not attach to the table and is simply placed between your back and the inversion table.

Unfortunately the Better Back Lumbar Bridge is not compatible with the bed of the 900ia. It is specifically designed to fit the inserts in the ComforTrak bed featured on Teeters like the EP-560. Teeter has discontinued the EP-850, that is why you are unable to find it. Unfortunately the bed design of the EP-850 does not accommodate the Better Back Lumbar Bridge. You can use the Decompression Arch as an alternative since it has a free floating design. You can find that here: http://teeter.com/Better-Back-Decompression-Arch-Blue.html That being said, the Better Back Acupressure Nodes are compatible with the bed design of the EP-850. Premium Warranty Details

The Premium Extended Full Warranty extends to the purchaser an additional 5 years of full product warranty coverage beyond Teeter's standard full 5-year warranty. For specific terms of the full product warranty, see Teeter's Warranty certificate.
The Premium Extended Full Warranty may be purchased at any time within the standard warranty period but coverage under the extended warranty will terminate 10 years from the original invoice date for the initial equipment purchase. After 10 years from the original invoice date, all product warranties are considered null and void.
