How do I return my order?

We want everyone to be 100% satisfied Teeter fans! We hope this shows in our responsive customer service, as well as the quality and functionality of our products. However, if it’s not meeting your needs, simply request a Return Authorization from Teeter Customer Service within 90 days and initiate your return:

Return Instructions

1. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Submit your return request depending on how your order was placed:

• Orders placed while signed in to a Teeter.com account
  Please submit your return request from My Account > Orders (Go to My Orders). This allows us to verify your order and issue your Return Authorization (RA) more quickly.
• Orders placed as a guest (no account)
  Use our Refund Request Form to start your return request.
• Need help or have a special situation?
  You may still contact Teeter Customer Service, and our team will help guide you through the next steps.

2. Package the product in the original box and follow the repackaging instructions to protect the product from damage. A replacement box may be purchased upon request.
3. Affix the return label provided and clearly write the RA number on the side of the box in large font.
4. Ship the product using your preferred method. We recommend that you acquire shipment tracking and insurance for the entire value of your product. For your convenience, Teeter offers a prepaid FedEx return shipping label for purchase upon request.
5. Refunds are issued after a product is received and inspected; processing can take up to ten (10) days. Refunds, including gift returns, are made in the same form as the original payment. Please allow up to eight (8) weeks for your bank or credit card company to post this refund on your statement.

Any interest paid through Affirm financing is non-refundable.
