Description

Premium Features with the X3

Deluxe EZ-ReachTM Ankle System – The extra-long handle makes securing your ankles easy and strain-free, with a smooth, micro-adjusting ratchet closure to ensure the best fit. Built with aerospace-grade steel parts and a gravity-activated safety lock.

Stretch MaxTM Handles – Long, sturdy grips integrated with the frame provide enhanced user assistance and stretching options at any angle.

EZ-StretchTM Traction Handles – Three uses in one! A simple push and release adds decompression at lesser angles of inversion or easy rhythmic oscillation; push on the ends for a quick-release from full inversion.

EZ-AngleTM Tether – Embroidered markings take the guesswork out of inversion with pre-set rotational control to 20, 40, and 60 degrees.

FlexTechnology: The Key to Decompression

To feel the full benefits of inversion, your spine must be able to elongate and decompress to relieve pressure on the nerves and discs.

FlexTech Bed: The smooth, firm surface of the FitSpine Bed lengthens and stretches your spine more than other inversion tables for more stretch and more relief.

Better than Foam: Other inversion tables that are padded and heavy let your body sink into the foam which stops decompression.

Elevated, Flexible Support: To ensure comfort, the 8-PT Floating Suspension System lifts the bed off the steel frame to create a pliable surface that flexes and moves with you.

Precision Balancing & Full Lock-Out: The hinge design is engineered so you can effortlessly rotate in and out of inversion with controlled, smooth movement. Allows for a secure lockout in full inversion for advanced exercises and stretching.

CUSTOMIZABLE COMFORT & SUPPORT

Acupressure Nodes & Lumbar Bridge – Place anywhere along the tracks in the bed for trigger-point release and support of the lower back for deeper decompression.

Head Pillow – The foam head support can be moved or removed for your comfort needs.

Grip-and-Stretch Handholds – Built into the FlexTech Bed and Frame for added stretching and decompression options.

Ergo-EmbraceTM Supports – Surround the ankles to distribute weight comfortably and evenly around the feet and heels.

FitSpine X3 Inversion Table is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 283.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Used Daily I love this product. I just wished I would have had one before my surgeries. I’m not real aggressive on it for this reason but I can still feel the benefits. I use it twice daily, once before I go to work in an office environment, then again at night just before bed. The stiffness just relaxes away as I stretch inverted. It has helped to reduce extremity pain/numbness and spasms. And at 47, I tell people I’m still growing taller because of it. The quality of the materials and ease of use are unequaled. Everyone in my house uses it too. It is so easy to adjust for multiple people. It’s a great personal health investment for a healthy spine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hope Restoring Machine! I'm 53 now, and damaged my back 6 years ago. Since that day, my back would go out 1-2 times a year, and take weeks to recover while my sleep suffered as a result. Even on my best days, I would dose to the limit with acetaminophen to manage the pain, after NSAIDs took my BP too high. The first time I inverted, I felt my spine realign, and have been using the Teeter daily ever since. I've been using it for a few weeks, and no pain.......so no OTC meds now either; wonderful! So now I'm back on my work-out routine I couldn't do for 6 yrs, and honestly don't recall feeling so good! Folks, this is an awesome product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Investment I Have Ever Made!!! I bought this three weeks ago and I love it, because it was shipped in just two days, it was super easy to put together, and it is really well made and the benefits are immediate. I drive a lot living in Los Angeles, so I wanted to decompress my spine after I drive. It ended up feeling so good, I use it in the morning before I leave the house, too. I especially was impressed with the follow up emails the company sent after I purchased it with helpful videos on the different ways to use it It seems like they have thought of everything before hand, so you have a support system. This is a quality product and the best investment I have made for my health.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW is all I can say I have all 5 L1 - L5 vertebra with herniated discs, bulging disc and server stenosis. I've been going to a Chiropractor for about 1 1/2 years and although I did get some relief I didn't think that it was worth the $75.00 visits, sometime twice a week but always once a week. Since I got the FitSpine X3 I stopped going to the Chiropractor. Your product is a God Send and I tell everyone that if they have back issues you have to get a Teeter. Don't even bother with other brands the Teeter is the only one to get. Do your self a favor, if your back / spine is not right get it now because every day you wait you are loosing out on relief.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'll never be without it again! I fell in some rock at work and didn't think I injured my self. After a few days I was not able to sleep more than 4 hours as the pain would wake me up and could only sleep the remainder of the night by getting in my recliner. I went to the chiropractor twice and missed work to make my appointments. It didn't help. I decided to buy the teeter inversion table and once I used it for 2 days I slept in my bed all night. I use it almost daily now. I work construction and am 60 years old. It has helped me more than any thing I have ever tried. I know at least 3 others who say the same thing I do. It is a great product. I love mine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth it! The heavy snow took its toll on me this year. Shoveling caused my herniated disc to rear its head again after several years of remission, this time down my left hip and leg. Sleeping was near impossible. This led to my purchase, as I wanted to try an alternative to chiropractic sessions. At one month, I cannot report 100% recovery. Progress is definitely being made, however, and my sleep is much improved. If I feel a pinch in the middle of the night, I invert for a few minutes and the pain subsides, allowing me to rest again. Try scheduling a chiropractor visit for 2 a.m. and see how successful you are! I'm glad I can count on my Teeter when needed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Teeter problems I got my Teeter 3 weeks ago . It came in a box that was in bad shape and delivered by Fedex. I put it together and the ankle lock would not unlock. I called service and they said that they would replaced it and I received it a week later. I returned the bad part back to Teeter. I had a problem with the head rest because the attachment would not made it so it would not move around so I attached it with 3 Velcro stripe glue to the head rest and pad and that cured the problem. I use it in the Morning and evening and sometimes in between at about 50 to 60 degrees. I am 85 years old and I believe it is helping me. I really like ti and would tell others that is OK.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really helps with back pain. Hand for a month Start slow, short durations and gradually increase length of time. Body adjusts to being inverted that not a problem after several times. At first lower back muscles may feel sore from stretch. Goes away soon no longer an issue. Feeling of blood rush to head stops too after few weeks. Key is short times at first . Now I am doing 20 reverse sit ups from full inversion and stretches But back is feeling much better as I used to continually get pinched nerve or muscle pain in lower back. Very rare now after a month. The stretching of back and disks really helps. I’m 59 next month.

Q & A

Whats the difference between the EP-970 LTD and the Fit Spine X3 inversion tables

Asked by: Wanda5005
There are two differences between the EP-970 Ltd and the FitSpine X3 (besides one being from the EP series and one from the newer FitSpine series): - The FitSpine X3 has our new patented FlexTech bed which is supported by an 8-point suspension system that flexes as you move. This provides a more comfortable bed surface. - Both have the Deluxe EZ-Reach Ankle Lock System and Traction Handles, but the EP-970 features the Stretch Max Handles as well. These provide enhanced user assistance and stretching options at any angle.
