1-Year Extended Warranty Details
The 1-Year Warranty Extension extends to the purchaser an additional 1 year of full product warranty coverage beyond the standard warranty period for Power10 and FitForm. For specific terms of the full product warranty, see the Teeter Warranty certificate that comes with your specific product.
The 1-Year Warranty Extension may be purchased at any time within the standard warranty period but coverage under the extended warranty will be determined from the original invoice date for the initial equipment purchase. After the standard warranty period plus 1-year extended warranty period has passed from the original invoice date, all product warranties are considered null and void.
Cancellation: The 1-Year Warranty Extension may be canceled within 60 days of its purchase and the customer will be entitled for a full refund. After the cancellation period has expired, the customer may request a refund in writing to the address below along with a copy of the proof of purchase, and an administrative cancellation fee of $3 will be deducted from the refund. Once the standard warranty period has expired, the 1-Year Warranty Extension cannot be canceled.
Transfer: The customer may transfer this 1-Year Warranty Extension only upon sale of the unit to another user by sending written notice of the transfer and a copy of the proof of purchase to Teeter.

This 1-Year Warranty Extension gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Any and all disputes arising under or related to this limited 1-Year Warranty Extension shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this warranty, its interpretation, or any alleged breach thereof, which cannot be amicably settled between Teeter and the owner within sixty (60) days of written notice by the aggrieved party to the other, shall be finally settled by arbitration submitted to three (3) arbitrators selected from the panels of the arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association located closest to the Teeter principal place of business.
