Will the LT7 connect to my smart watch?

Smart watches do not function like a traditional chest-strap heart rate monitor that continuously transmits heart rate data directly to fitness equipment, so it typically will not connect directly with the LT7 console. However, you can try a third-party app such as BlueHeart, Echo Heart Rate, or HeartCast in the Apple app store or Heart For Bluetooth in the Google Play store. These apps can take the heart rate data from your watch and rebroadcast it in a format that the LT7 console can receive.
