Should you require replacement parts, please complete the online parts request form. You can also call Teeter customer service at 800.847.0143 (8am-4pm PST, M-F), and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

*Most orders will ship within the next business day and arrive in 4-7 business days, but actual timing can vary. Free shipping is available within the continental U.S. At this time, we’re unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii. If you are located outside the continental U.S., please use our store locator to find a local retailer who can assist you. We also cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
