If your order was placed using a Teeter.com account, please sign in and submit your request from My Account under Orders. Go to My Orders

*Most orders will ship within the next business day and arrive in 4-7 business days, but actual timing can vary. Free shipping is available within the continental U.S. At this time, we’re unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii. If you are located outside the continental U.S., please use our store locator to find a local retailer who can assist you. We also cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
