We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Worker to join our team. This position is responsible for increasing operational efficiency, company profitability and customer satisfaction by accurately and safely receiving and storing materials, reworking returned products, and picking, packing and fulfilling orders for delivery. We are based in Puyallup but will be moving to Bonney Lake in early 2019.
-Pulling, filling, packing and setting up orders for delivery or pickup
-Process returns accurately
-Determine the status of an order at any given time
-Follow any special instructions pertaining to an individual order
-Receive shipments, log into inventory, maintain inventory through audits
-Report any quality or inventory discrepancy issues to the appropriate person
-Maintain inventory controls as requested by the supervisor
-Complete reports as required
-Assist in keeping facility clean, neat, safe, secure and operating efficiently
-Other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
-Positive attitude and desire to work is a MUST!
-Accuracy and attention to detail
-Recognizes and understands product numbers and alpha/numeric codes
-Understands basic inventory, warehousing, and stocking procedures
-Able to work independently with some direction
-Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures
-Comfortable in fast-paced environment
-Able to perform simple math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
-Team player who works productively with wide range of people
-Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities
-Effective listening, verbal and written communication skills
-Able to multi-task
-Willing to increase your knowledge of our products
-Problem-solving and analytical ability
-Basic computer/keyboarding skills
-Stand/walk for duration of work hours
-Lift/carry/maneuver heavy material or equipment (up to 85 lbs)
-Minimum 2 years in warehousing or a work-related position

$14.00 – $20.00 an hour depending upon warehouse experience
