Location: Bonney Lake, WA
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker with forklift experience to join our team. This role supports daily warehouse operations, including operating forklifts to move, store, and organize materials, while also helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to move, locate, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers
- Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment as needed
- Assist in the packaging and/or reworking of inventory as needed
- Perform daily equipment checks and report any maintenance or safety issues
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including sweeping floors and removing debris and garbage
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and OSHA regulations at all times
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse role with forklift operation
- Ability to operate various types of forklifts, including clamp trucks and order pickers
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Basic familiarity with warehouse or inventory systems is a plus
- Experience in shipping, receiving, or distribution environments preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
