Location: Bonney Lake, WA
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker with forklift experience to join our team. This role supports daily warehouse operations, including operating forklifts to move, store, and organize materials, while also helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to move, locate, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers
  • Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment as needed
  • Assist in the packaging and/or reworking of inventory as needed
  • Perform daily equipment checks and report any maintenance or safety issues
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including sweeping floors and removing debris and garbage
  • Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
  • Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and OSHA regulations at all times

Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a warehouse role with forklift operation
  • Ability to operate various types of forklifts, including clamp trucks and order pickers
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
  • Basic familiarity with warehouse or inventory systems is a plus
  • Experience in shipping, receiving, or distribution environments preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
