Video Instructions: How to Make a Great Video

  • Keep the camera steady.
  • Stand in a well-lit area. Face your camera AWAY from the light source.
  • If using an inversion table, remember to wear comfortable lace-up shoes.
  • Wear appropriate clothing.
  • SMILE!

You may be trying to upload a “Live Photo”. In order to upload a photo, you will need to convert your photo into a still photo. To convert your photo, you will need to:

    1. Open the Photos app on the iPhone and tap to select the Live Photo you wish to convert to a still photo
    2. Tap the Edit button in the top right corner.
    3. Now tap the yellow icon at the top that says “LIVE” (if you have an older operating system on your phone, this icon will instead be concentric circles in the bottom left corner).
    4. Tap “Done” and your photo will convert to a still photo.
