Teeter is looking for a Global Logistics & Compliance Specialist to help drive the flow of products across our national and international supply chain. You’ll coordinate shipments from factories, distributors, marketplaces, and customers around the world, and ensure that every order meets documentation, compliance, and delivery standards.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the details—balancing logistics, compliance, and cross-border collaboration while helping expand Teeter’s growing global network.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments from factories to distributors, warehouses, and marketplaces.
- Work closely with international factories on production timelines, packaging compliance, and documentation.
- Partner directly with international distributors and customer ordering teams to coordinate purchase timelines, required documentation —building efficient containers and managing intra-China transfers to central consolidation points.
- Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, and export documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse teams for on-time, compliant deliveries.
- Support marketplace and distributor compliance, including labeling, safety certifications, and regulatory documentation.
- Develop and expand Teeter’s international Amazon network, meeting regional import and logistical standards.
- Track and analyze shipment performance; recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control.
- Act as the internal expert on logistics, freight, and compliance requirements.
- Assist with establishing new warehouse locations as needed to grow our global Amazon and international dealer presence.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years in international logistics, trade compliance, or global distribution coordination.
- Experience working with overseas factories, freight forwarders, and international distributors.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation, customs processes, and HTS codes.
- Familiarity with Amazon marketplace logistics (Seller Central or Vendor Central experience preferred).
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with ERP or logistics systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus).
- Knowledge of regulatory and labeling requirements for consumer goods in global markets is beneficial.
