Title: Digital Media Designer
Status: Full time, day shift

Location: Bonney Lake, WA
Pay: Based on skills and experience

Teeter is currently seeking a Digital Media Designer to join our in-house Marketing team. This role will support development and implementation of marketing initiatives with compelling motion media and graphics design content to drive product demand and enhance the customer experience. The successful candidate will work closely with our Visual Designer and collaborate with team members in areas of Creative/Graphic Design and Video Development, including product videos, motion graphics, product support and promotional design projects. The Digital Media Specialist will be team oriented, an effective communicator, possess a strong eye for visual communication and design, and a drive to participate in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.

Teeter is located just east of Bonney Lake in a beautiful new corporate facility with a view of Mount Rainier.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders and the creative team on direction and brand alignment to solve content needs through video and graphic design, supporting TV and digital advertising, websites, social media and other channels
  • Assemble and tell a story through video, graphics and sound using the Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere, After Effects and Audition programs at varying in lengths for use in various medias (includes editing sound, adding captions, designing lower thirds, selecting music, color correction, etc.)
  • Work with the creative team and copywriters to hone scripts and design storyboards
  • Assist with in-studio video, audio and photo production
  • Develop digital and print design content to support products, promotions, presentations, ecommerce listings, email and social media
  • Maintain expected organization and archive management for multimedia assets
  • Keep up with multimedia tools and trends to propose new ideas for engagement and effectiveness.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years experience with video and graphic design, visual communications, or other relevant marketing field
  • A diverse portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and storytelling skills
  • Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere and After Effects
  • Experience with studio photography, video production, scriptwriting, lighting design, sound editing and coloring a plus
  • Comfortable working in a PC environment using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Balanced skillset in creative and analytical thinking with the ability to identify, research and resolve problems
  • Strong communicator with the ability to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of detail, organization, and desire to learn and grow
