Overview

Teeter is seeking an experienced PPC Specialist who will oversee and execute our paid media strategy (search, display, remarketing and marketplace) across multiple channels, including Google, Microsoft, Facebook/Instagram and Amazon. Reporting to the CMO and COO, a successful candidate will have a solid understanding of search algorithms, be confident with data analysis, and have a finger on the pulse of digital advertising developments, trends, and best practices.

About You:

You can have a passion for creative digital marketing strategies and data-driven decision making. You love rolling up your sleeves, managing and optimizing performance-based campaigns that move customers through the sales funnel. Your confident in your ability to proactively problem-solve, manage time effectively and stay organized. You enjoy being challenged in a detail-oriented team environment that can occasionally shift focus very quickly. You are self-motivated and forward-thinking, always looking for opportunities to learn about your specialization and support the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the marketing team to drive revenue through PPC (including campaign planning, execution and optimization)
  • Create, manage and optimize paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts across a variety of channels, including Google, Microsoft, Facebook/Instagram and Amazon
  • Perform keyword research and management to execute the creation of large keyword lists and identify/harvest under-performing and top performing keywords
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, weekly and monthly ad spend, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics
  • Understand and utilize reports and data to analyze trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search
  • Keep pace with digital marketing/advertising tools, SEM and PPC industry trends and developments to propose new ideas for engagement and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree, marketing, communications, journalism, or other relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience with managing paid media budgets over $20k
  • 1+ years of experience managing Amazon PPC
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Business
  • Functional experience with all channels of Social Media
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing: PPC, SEM, display and remarketing ads, etc
  • Proficient in current SEO optimization standards and trends
  • Ability to analyze user behavior with tools such as Google Analytics
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Balanced skillset in creative and analytical thinking with the ability to identify, research and resolve problems
  • Must be comfortable in a PC environment
  • Work independently while organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks in an evolving environment
  • A well organized and self-directed individual who is a team player. An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization

Pay Rate: Hourly, DOQ
