Customer Service Representative
Location: Bonney Lake, WA
Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

What You’ll Do:
- Manage back-to-back customer calls, helping with product assembly, warranty part orders, and other needs.
- Enter customer notes in our CRM database while talking on the phone (40 WPM minimum).
- Resolve customer issues, answer questions, and go above and beyond to “save the sale” and upsell when possible.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or in person, providing support and sharing product information.
- Collaborate with other teams when a specialist’s expertise is needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must-Have Skills:
- CRM (data entry) experience
- Call center or high call volume experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
- Strong typing, listening, and questioning skills
- Personal Traits:
- Organized and dependable team player
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize daily tasks, and manage time effectively
- Reliable work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills
- Bonus:
- Familiarity with sales techniques or client relationship management
What to Expect:
- Shift: 8-hour day shifts
- Location: On-site in Bonney Lake, WA (commuting ability required)
- Experience: At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred
