Stage 1: Target the SOURCE of the pain

Teeter decompression devices not only target back pain at the root cause – naturally – they help improve the health of your entire spine.

Decompression – whether inverted or manual – helps to rejuvenate the discs, relieve pressure on nerves, realign the spine, and release muscle tension. This is the secret that no other natural, in-home solution can provide – and why Teeter is able to offer relief for so many different back pain conditions. You’ll not only FEEL better, you’ll MOVE better because you’ll have improved flexibility and less muscle tension, and LOOK better thanks to improved spinal alignment and better posture.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally...Relief! I suffered with back pain since 2008. I have had trigger point injections, lumbar epidurals, hydrocodone, tramadol, you name it I tried it! Massages were a every other week occurrence, I spent a fortune in Pain Specialists. Finally I tried the Teeter, I have been pain free since February (bought in January). I teeter about 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes before bed. I wake up with pep and don't have to schedule Dr. Appointments to get relief. Attached are two photos before and after, the first is kind of hazy, which is how I was feeling on medications for pain. The second is me after having used the Teeter for over a month.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Teeter saved me from taking pain meds. I have multiple back problems. Mild scoliosis, bulging and herniated disks and arthritis in my back. I am a potter and the pain was preventing me from working on my potters wheel and from enjoying life in general, even was disrupting my sleep. Physical therapy and yoga didn't give me any relief. All the doctors could offer were pain meds. A friend recommended the Teeter Table so I figured I would give it a try. With in 5 days my pain level had lessened substantially. I use it once a day for 5 minutes give or take and my back pain has reduced to the point of being pain free for a good deal of the day and when there is pain, it in not severe. Best investment I have ever made.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Satisfying Upgrade to the EP-960 Very satisfied with my upgrade to the Teeter EP-960. Brought the original Teeter bed to Tampa FLORIDA in 2000. I was diagnosed with spondylolisthisis and was starting to feel numbness in both legs. Had Chiropractic adjustments, Deep tissue massage and Acupuncture treatments with no relief. After a surgeons rejection for back surgery, Teeter Hang-ups was my last hope. Have never needed any other treatment, after first 2-weeks in 1998. I'm an old fan and have nothing, but good to say about the Teeter Hang-Ups Company. Even active in Crossfit Unleashed in Tampa FL and use my Teeter Hang-ups for workout recovery. Loving life!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Construction/Exceptional Results After 35 years in the construction industry my back has started to fatigue. The compression on my lower spine has been increasing(notably)the last few years, so much so that my massage therapist cannot release the last two vertebrae. After some research on 'inversion-therapy' I decided to try an inversion table. There are many to chose from but NONE compare to the Teeter. After my purchase and delivery I began the Inversion Process, I immediately had positive results. After only a few sessions Both of the vertebrae began to release !! My sciatica has diminished drastically and lower back pain is at a minimum !! Thank you Teeter, Marc Nelson

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sciatic nerve pain... be gone! For 6 weeks I had a intense sciatic nerve pain, my PCP prescribed me some anti-inflammatory medication, the physical therapist did what he could but the pain still persisted. A coworker suggested that I try a inversion table, after some research I decided the Teeter offered some nice bells and whistles while still being affordable. Within a few days the pain started to decrease and shortly after that disappeared entirely. Using the table periodically not only helps maintain a pain free state but also promotes relaxation and a sense of renewed wellness. The table also provides some great stretching and abdominal exercising opportunities as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE IT I have had the EP-960 Inversion Table for a little over a month and my husband and I love it! We probably get on it at least 3x a week for a few minutes each time and I have noticed a HUGE difference in my back. I suffer from extreme sciatic nerve pain and just laying on the couch or bed would hurt. I was a super skeptic about buying something like this in fear it would be a waste of money but I am soooo in love with my teeter its amazing! The pain was once a 8 before the teeter and I can honestly say sometimes I don't even feel the pinching pain on my lower left back at all anymore! BUY THIS PRODUCT now and you will understand what I am talking about! -Stephanie

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hanging around happily :-) My chiropractor suggested getting an inversion table to help with my chronic lower back pain. After a LOT of research, I chose this one as not the cheapest, but the best value for the money. It has proved to be stable, smooth, easy to use and store... and was surprisingly easy to assemble, provided you take your time and follow the instructions carefully. My husband and I both appreciate the pain relief we get from this. I'd suggest starting at a gentle angle and working up to steeper inversion-- it'll ease the pressure in your head as your body gets accustomed to being inverted, and you actually do get benefits at a quite low angle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from aaahhhhhhh....relief! I have been using my Teeter for a month or better now, and it has proven to be an effective form of relief for symptoms due to a spinal stenosis...actually cancelled a scheduled steroid injection because I can once again stand/walk comfortably for longer periods of time. It is also great to be able to sleep through the night without lower extremity pain. So glad that my chiropractor suggested I try this -- I don't even have to invert to a very big angle in order to take the pressure off the compromised nerve. I am very comfortable on the table and beginning to branch out into new exercises and stretches as the improvement continues.

Is there any reason that would require a person to raise his arms over my head to perform the functions of the machine? Because I have a pacemaker/defribillator in place my heart doctor advised not to raise my arms over my head. RSVP

Hi there, Thank you for the great question! You don't have to raise your arms over your head if you use our traction handles, but given your condition, I would highly recommend you talk to your doctor before using an inversion table. -Teeter Team
