FitSpine LX9 Inversion Table And FreeStep Cross Trainer is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 590.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptional Health Maintenance Product I recently purchased a FreeStep, the quality and engineering is exceptional. I purchased this primarily for my wife, who just finished 18 months of chemo-therapy, during which she was always tired, weak and her balance was affected. I received this FreeStep a few days ago. Putting it together was easy. My wife began using the FreeStep immediately. Just after 3 days my wife says her legs feel stronger, her arms and shoulder muscles feel better. Also the FreeStep does not have a negative impact on her cardio or respiratory systems. She really believes that with continued use, she'll continue to get stronger and feel better.. THANK-YOU.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Impressions I went into this hopeful. I had been getting some relief from lower back pain and sciatic nerve aggravation by having traction performed once a week. Now, with a 1-2 times a day inversion, I notice significantly less discomfort. Waking up without stiffness is an experience I have missed, only I did not know how much. I am about to go on some business travel and I will miss having the opportunity to invert while away. I am hoping the corrections performed in the last month will provide some resistance to recurrence during these travels with 12 hour flights. I will update as I return and can better assess the longevity of the daily inversions

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this machine As a person who is hemiplegic due to stroke and short (5ft) the seat is low enough to get up on and use comfortably. Bought another brand and returned immediately. The FreeStep is far superior in quality, assembly and ease of use it is very sturdy, comfortable, smooth and quiet. I expect to use it for years to come. Even almost have husband converted from his Elliptical machine but his one complaint is does not monitor cardio. After speaking with Teeter today they expect to have something later in year to do do this. As a true believer in this product already had friend purchase one. No words for how pleased I am with it. Thank you, Mr. Stepper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More then I expected This Free Step by Teeter is even better then I could of hoped for. It was fairly easy to assemble. The foot print is small so that made it easy to keep it in same place although it is not hard to move if needed. This machine is perfect for my arthritic knees and it gives you a choice of how easy or difficult you want to exercise. I would say anyone still undecided if they should purchase this to just do it! you wont be disappointed. I showed my physical therapist the details of this machine and she was quite impressed! And you cannot beat the price. I had an inversion table by Teeter so I know they make quality products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works as stated I admit I was Leary about the claims but in the past 30 days I have used it every day for 4 minutes at a time and the problem with my Sciatica is gone. It used to be I would not be able to walk for an hour in the morning until the pain subsided. The pain was unbearable to say the least. One effect that I did not expect was what it did for my knees. Since using this I am able to go up and down steps normally and not have to take one step with each foot on a side step basis. I’m able to take longer walks My wife uses it and her back pain has also gone away. We have recommended it to a number of people and Will continue to do so

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Careful ! But it works ! Bought most expensive fitspine ... expected more accessories with it ... like for the neck, etc. ... Careful ... read read read ... get help assembling it and testing it ... heavier than it looks ... slowly and carefully ... bought it since I agreed with concept ... got it working the way it should ... important: since unit usually involves body pains, there is a need for a longer handle to close and open ankles ... I use the teeter for my back pains and after using it, I have to bend over to reach the handle to release my ankles ... bending right after gives me back pains ... have to be careful to reach the handle ... a handle extension would be necessity to do this ...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality that’s affordable! This is just as rugged and reliable as commercial models, which cost three to four thousand dollars! I showed this to a friend who is a professional, physical therapist, and he was amazed at the durable construction, small footprint, smooth operation, excellent warranty, and the remarkable price! Unlike other exercise equipment, this provides a full body workout for anyone from a beginner to a champion. At 68 years old, I wasn’t in prime condition. Now, I feel so much better, and actually look forward to the time I spend on the Teeter Freestep Elliptical Cross Trainer!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quiet & smooth I own the teeter inversion table which is great so I added the freestep for a whole body workout. The freestep is very quiet and smooth which makes working out more enjoyable, it also makes my back and knees feel better (no pain due to exercising) since your in a sitting position. The installation wasn't hard at all took my time about 2.5 hours read everything twice it makes it easier. I ride twice a day for 30-45 minutes makes me feel better all day and sleep better at night. Hint: listen to your favorite music while riding makes it go by really fast and surprising how far you ride. A heart monitor and trip riding videos to watch while riding would make it really exciting. Thanks Teeter

Q & A

What is the difference between the LX9 and the EP970?  What is your latest model?

Asked by: Drake38
The FitSpine series of Inversion Tables is our latest series and we consider the LX9 to be the best model in that series. The difference between the FitSpine LX9 and EP-970 Inversion Tables is that the LX9 has our new FitSpine bed design which moves with your body due to it's 8-point suspension system. It also has a boarding platform which makes it easier to get onto and off the inversion table.
