Stretch MaxTM Handles – Long, sturdy grips integrated with the frame provide enhanced user assistance and stretching options at any angle.

EZ-StretchTM Traction Handles – Three uses in one! A simple push and release adds decompression at lesser angles of inversion or easy rhythmic oscillation; push on the ends for a quick-release from full inversion.

EZ-AngleTM Tether – Embroidered markings take the guesswork out of inversion with pre-set rotational control to 20, 40, and 60 degrees.

Storage Caddy – Within easy reach while in use, this convenient holder can store the contents of your pocket, a phone, water bottle, or Acupressure Nodes!

FlexTechnology: The Key to Decompression

To feel the full benefits of inversion, your spine must be able to elongate and decompress to relieve pressure on the nerves and discs.

FlexTech Bed: The smooth, firm surface of the FitSpine Bed lengthens and stretches your spine more than other inversion tables for more stretch and more relief.

Better than Foam: Other inversion tables that are padded and heavy let your body sink into the foam which stops decompression.

Elevated, Flexible Support: To ensure comfort, the 8-PT Floating Suspension System lifts the bed off the steel frame to create a pliable surface that flexes and moves with you.

Precision Balancing & Full Lock-Out: The hinge design is engineered so you can effortlessly rotate in and out of inversion with controlled, smooth movement. Allows for a secure lockout in full inversion for advanced exercises and stretching.

Acupressure Nodes & Lumbar Bridge Included – Place anywhere along the tracks in the bed for trigger-point release and support of the lower back for deeper decompression.

Head Pillow – The foam head support can be moved or removed for your comfort needs.

Grip-and-Stretch Handholds – Built into the FlexTech Bed and Frame for added stretching and decompression options.

Ergo-EmbraceTM Supports – Surround the ankles to distribute weight comfortably and evenly around the feet and heels.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Impressions I went into this hopeful. I had been getting some relief from lower back pain and sciatic nerve aggravation by having traction performed once a week. Now, with a 1-2 times a day inversion, I notice significantly less discomfort. Waking up without stiffness is an experience I have missed, only I did not know how much. I am about to go on some business travel and I will miss having the opportunity to invert while away. I am hoping the corrections performed in the last month will provide some resistance to recurrence during these travels with 12 hour flights. I will update as I return and can better assess the longevity of the daily inversions

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am pain free!!! All of my back pain disappeared after the second use!! I watched all of the videos and read all of literature. During the second time using the inversion table, after fifteen minutes I felt everything change in my back. I felt a calmness or relaxing slowly over my entire back. After about 6 weeks of twice daily inversion I now felt good enough to jog on my treadmill again for the first time in years (I'm up to 3 miles a day)!!! Seven years of back pain has been wiped away with just the first two uses of your inversion table!!! Nothing short of a miracle for me!! I'll be on my inversion table twice a day for the rest of my life! Thank you!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works as stated I admit I was Leary about the claims but in the past 30 days I have used it every day for 4 minutes at a time and the problem with my Sciatica is gone. It used to be I would not be able to walk for an hour in the morning until the pain subsided. The pain was unbearable to say the least. One effect that I did not expect was what it did for my knees. Since using this I am able to go up and down steps normally and not have to take one step with each foot on a side step basis. I’m able to take longer walks My wife uses it and her back pain has also gone away. We have recommended it to a number of people and Will continue to do so

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Careful ! But it works ! Bought most expensive fitspine ... expected more accessories with it ... like for the neck, etc. ... Careful ... read read read ... get help assembling it and testing it ... heavier than it looks ... slowly and carefully ... bought it since I agreed with concept ... got it working the way it should ... important: since unit usually involves body pains, there is a need for a longer handle to close and open ankles ... I use the teeter for my back pains and after using it, I have to bend over to reach the handle to release my ankles ... bending right after gives me back pains ... have to be careful to reach the handle ... a handle extension would be necessity to do this ...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not exactly built for the height challenged. I purchased th XL-9 about 2 months ago. I was miserable due to cervical, thoracic and lumbar disc problems and stenosis. The medical community was not helping, so after many years of horrific pain, I took matters into my own hands. Setting the Teeter up for my 5'2" body (down from 5'4") was a little tricky, but I use it for about 10 min./day twice a week.I have cut back on medications and I can safely say, It is worth the expense. My balance has improved and my pain levels are, to me, tolerable, which allows me to work an eight hour day as a field mechanic. This is the most relief I've gotten in twenty five+ years. I'll be 69 years old in December and am looking to continue working until the day I die.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Neuropathy and back pain relieved I have had ruptured discs from L2 and all the way down my spine. Fractured facets from a stretching machine used by an orthopedic surgeon. Arthritis, spondylitis etc. I am hestant to say this is helping but so far it has been a God send. We got this product on 12/22/19 and have been using it throughout the day. My neuropathy is worse at night but I may up at midnight inverting and it has really helped with my ability to sleep. I used a Quell stimulator and it worked somewhat then not and it never helped with the neuropathy pain. I am 75 yo and had reservations but if it continues to benefit my husband and my self it is the best purchase we have made.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 30 years of inversion I've been using inversion tables babe I Teeter for around thirty years and never once have I had one fail in any way. This is my third table in the time span and I bought it from early because the new features that are available today. His machines extremely well-designed very functional and versatile for whatever kind of inversion stretching you would like to do. The new machines have traction handholds and stretches that make your sessions on the machine more productive. I love these products. I recommend them to everyone. And as matter-of-fact everytime time I've replaced my older inversion swing with a new one I have a list of friends calling see if they can purchase my old one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The FitSpine LX9 is a Solid Machine! I wish I would had bought the Teeter years ago. I’ve had my Teeter less than a month and have used it almost every day. It has made a world Of difference. I no longer have the lower back pain I went to the doctor for. I asked my Doctor at Spine Works if the Teeter was OK to use and he said yes with the condition I had with my Lower Lumbar. I highly Recommend the Teeter to everyone with back issues who have had it cleared through their Doctor! I am pain free now. For those with No Back Problems, I believe it is a Great add to your work outs! I have not progressed to the 90 Degree inversion yet, but I will be there as soon as I feel comfortable.

What is the difference between the LX9 and the EP970?  What is your latest model?

Asked by: Drake38
The FitSpine series of Inversion Tables is our latest series and we consider the LX9 to be the best model in that series. The difference between the FitSpine LX9 and EP-970 Inversion Tables is that the LX9 has our new FitSpine bed design which moves with your body due to it's 8-point suspension system. It also has a boarding platform which makes it easier to get onto and off the inversion table.
