We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional to support the strategic growth and daily performance of our marketplace channels — including Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.

This position plays a key role in driving marketplace expansion, ensuring data accuracy, pricing consistency, and operational alignment to support both domestic and international growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketplace Oversight & Account Management

  • Monitor Amazon (U.S. and international), Walmart, and eBay accounts weekly to ensure listings remain active, compliant, and optimized.
  • Track and analyze marketplace metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Support account health through proactive management of policies, claims, and compliance alerts.
  • Manage FBA restock recommendations to maintain availability and reduce aged inventory.

2. Pricing & Product Data Maintenance

  • Maintain and update the weekly price list for Amazon, Walmart, eBay and DTC website.
  • Verify price accuracy across all channels, ensuring MAP compliance and competitive positioning.
  • Support new product setup, pricing alignment, and marketplace listing updates across domestic and international platforms.

3. Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Compile and distribute weekly account performance and promotional reports.
  • Track pricing trends, advertising activity, and category performance to support strategic decision-making.
  • Review FBA and international marketplace statuses and report potential issues early.
  • Maintain organized and auditable documentation for all marketplace-related activities.

4. Marketplace Development & Growth

  • Collaborate with leadership to execute marketplace growth initiatives and promotional opportunities.
  • Review competitor listings and identify opportunities to strengthen product content, visuals and brand presentation on detail pages.
  • Assist with launch strategy for new marketplaces or product categories.
  • Recommend process and compliance improvements to strengthen marketplace performance and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Fulfilled by Amazon, 1P, and/or Seller Fulfilled Prime, Walmart, or similar marketplace platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace analytics and listing performance metrics, platform best practices, and pricing policy compliance.
  • Skilled in Excel and comfortable managing large data sets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute operational details accurately and efficiently.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with excellent communication and follow-up skills.
