Customer Service Representative
Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented self-starter to join our customer service team.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• CRM (Data Entry) experience is a MUST
• Call center or High Call Volume experience is a MUST
• Manage back-to-back customer calls that may require assistance with product assembly, warranty part orders, transmission of confidential financials, and much more Excellent typing skills, you must type notes into our database while on the phone (40 wpm minimum to be considered)
• Willing to “save the sale” and upsell
• Strong data entry skills
• Good listening and questioning skills
• Ability to summarize a discussion
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to use multi-phone line system
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
• General office skills such as filing, faxing, etc.
• Very organized and dependable team player
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize daily tasks, and manage time are crucial
• Must be reliable, have strong work ethics, along with the ability and desire to learn new skills

Pay Rate: Hourly, DOE
