Status: Full time, day shift

Location: Bonney Lake, WA
Pay: Based on skills and experience

Teeter is currently seeking a Content & Social Marketing Specialist to join our in-house marketing team. This role will develop and execute inbound and social marketing strategies to build brand identity and online presence across multiple channels, ultimately driving engagement, clicks and conversions. The successful candidate will work closely with our creative, sales and operations teams, creating content and copywriting to support TV and digital campaigns, product and sales support, email marketing and social media.

Teeter is located just east of Bonney Lake in a beautiful new corporate facility with a view of Mount Rainier.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign execution: Strategize, coordinate and help execute inbound / digital media campaigns with the digital marketing team and outside vendors.
  • Content development: Support direct marketing efforts with effective copywriting and messaging for ads, scripts, landing pages, email, social and blog content across multiple brands that engages target audiences and optimizes results.
  • Social media, influencer and press relations: Manage social media accounts by planning and writing content; develop and manage relationships with influencers and content creators to share the brand story; manage gifting agreements and reporting; prepare press releases and respond to inquiries.
  • Standards: Ensure the brand voice and messaging is consistent; ensure content meets claims specifications and remains credible, authoritative and ultimately offers value by understanding your audience and aligning content effectively.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • 4-year college degree, marketing, communications, journalism, or other relevant field
  • 3+ years practical marketing experience in related work
  • Able to provide examples of copywriting; college or work portfolios acceptable
  • Expertise with telling a story through paired copy and visuals
  • Experience with script writing and storyboarding
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and advertising a plus
  • Knowledgeable in current SEO optimization standards and trends
  • Ability to analyze user behavior with tools such as Google Analytics a plus
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Premiere, a plus
  • Experience with Wordpress and a basic understanding of HTML is helpful
  • Must be comfortable in a PC environment
  • Comfortable accepting edits, rewrites and feedback from teammates and supervisors
